Medishare Telemedicine collaborates with highly experienced radiologists, with a high specialization level, to respond adequately to every need of the Healthcare facility and of the patient.

Subspecialities teams are coordinated by a clinical leader for the definition of the clinical process and the execution protocols of the diagnostic procedures, as well as a constant monitoring of performances and the quality of the provided services.

In addition, Medishare Telemedicine implemented an activity of internal audit for the verification of the output, and especially for the management of the discrepancies, taking corrective actions, if necessary, including additional training based on the importance of the error rate.

Compliance
Medishare Telemedicine constantly evaluates its services and clients’ feedback, registering complaints and non-compliance, as well as response process.

Using a complaints log, we analyze every corrective action, results and time. Detailed reports are periodically presented to our internal commission. They describe complaints received, actions taken and, consequently, the improvements implemented in systems and processes.

These activities facilitate the process of continuous learning, also to our radiologists consultants and clinical leaders. Through expanded meetings, discrepancies are further detailed with discussions that contribute to learning and professional development of our equipe.

The security and the governance of information and patients’ data are fundamental pillars of our company processes and are completely integrated in all organization areas.

Medishare Telemedicine has a dedicated technical staff, responsible for designing policies and procedures, for the management of the awareness and for staff training.

All the staff, regardless of its role in the organization, is trained on governance and information security and constantly participates in annual assessments.

In addition, Medishare Telemedicine uses IT security services to ensure system protection, conducting periodic tests to verify the proper functioning and vulnerability.
